These Terms govern your use of chewva.store and your purchases from SEBADA, LLC ("Chewva," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 to place an order. Our products are not intended for children.
Products and health information.

Our products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on this site is for general information and is not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Allergens: Glow & Go contains fish (tilapia) and tree nuts (coconut). Read the full label before use. Do not use if the safety seal is broken or missing. Biotin: high-dose biotin can interfere with some lab tests. Tell your healthcare provider you take it before any lab work. Keep out of reach of children. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Orders and pricing. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. An order confirmation is not acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or limited availability, and we will fully refund any cancelled order. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe through our store platform. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method for the total amount. We do not store your full card number.
3-Month Plan and automatic renewal.

What you buy: the 3-Month Plan is a one-time upfront payment of $78.99 for three bottles. One bottle ships each month for three months. Automatic renewal: after the third bottle, your plan renews automatically and continues monthly at $26.33 per bottle (plus applicable tax and shipping, if any) until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged on the same day each month. We will email you about 7 days before your first renewal charge. Cancelling: you can cancel at any time by emailing contact@chewva.store at least 3 business days before your next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals. Bottles already paid for and shipped are covered by our Refund Policy. Keep your payment details current. If a payment fails, we may retry it or pause your shipments.

Shipping. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Orders are fulfilled through our partner Supliful and shipped to addresses within the United States. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and refunds. Covered by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Promotions. Discount codes and offers have their own terms, can't be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Your content. If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display and reproduce it on our site and in our marketing. You confirm it is yours, truthful, reflects your genuine experience, and contains no medical claims. You must disclose any free product or incentive you received. We may remove content at any time.
Intellectual property. The site, including the Chewva name, logo, label design, images, video and text, belongs to us or our licensors. Do not copy, scrape or use it commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, use bots or scrapers, or violate any law.
Disclaimers. The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, SEBADA, LLC and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Indemnification. To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept it. Orders already placed are governed by the Terms in effect when you ordered.
